"Decent tools, but a little pricey"
The tools are decent overall, and they do what they’re supposed to do. That said, the prices felt a bit high to me for what you actually get. I’d be curious if other people feel the same or if I’m just comparing it to cheaper options I’ve used before...

"Pretty good finishing tools"
I ordered a few finishing tools from marshalltown.com and they been working good so far. The performance is solid, and the precision is better than a lot of others I’ve tried. Shipping was okay, not the fastest though. Overall I’d give it 4 stars

"marshalltown.com was mostly okay to use…"
marshalltown.com was mostly okay to use, but it wasn’t exactly seamless. I found what I was looking for after probably a few minutes of clicking around, but some of the pages felt kind of busy. The search worked well enough, though I’d say it could be a little more helpful. Overall, not a bad experience, just seems like the site could use a bit of cleanup.

"Surprisingly solid tools"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but these tools have actually held up really well so far. They feel like proper pro-grade stuff, which I didn’t necessarily expect at first. Impressed, honestly

"Really glad I got this"
The grip just feels right somehow. I can’t really explain it, but my hand doesn’t ache nearly as much, and that made a bigger difference than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Decent tools, but I expected a smoother experience"
I’ve always heard good things about Marshalltown, so I figured it was worth spending a little more. The website was fine to use, but my order took longer than expected and the updates weren’t great, which made me a bit unsure. The tools themselves are decent, but for the price, I was hoping the service and communication would be better.

"Pretty smooth shipping overall"
I ordered a tool from marshalltown and it actually showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking worked fine the whole time, too. It did end up taking one extra day past the first estimate, which was a little annoying at first, but not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how the shipping went.

"Great selection and easy to find what I needed"
Not gonna lie, marshalltown had way more of a selection than I expected. I found the trowels and finishing tools I needed without having to dig around too much, and it was nice seeing different sizes and options all in one place. I’ll probably order from them again.

"Arrived Fine, Shipping Could Be Better"
I ordered from marshalltown and everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The only downside was the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing for a few days. Nothing was damaged, which I appreciate, but the shipping could definitely be more reliable. Overall, it was okay, not bad, just not exactly smooth either.

Customer service did pick up, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t really help. I explained the issue, then had to explain it again, and still didn’t get much of an answer. It felt like they were there, but not really doing anything to solve the problem. Frustrating when you contact support and end up with the same issue you started with

I had a small issue with my order, and for a minute I thought it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things, you know how it goes. But support handled it quickly overall. I did have to follow up once, which wasn’t a huge deal, and after that everything got fixed. So yeah, all good now
